How to Relax Before Final Exams

Steps

    Find some soothing music. It really helps you go to sleep and it just slows your body down!

    Take an EXTREMELY long shower. This will also help you chill! But don't think about the test IN the shower! Think about your happy place or the most calming place for YOU!!! Sing, dance, slide, do whatever! Get your mind off the test!

    Eat some YUMMY food. Make sure to think of every bite of this mouth watering food!

    Dance!
  5. 5
    Read a book. The Hunger Games, Mockingbird, any thing that will keep you sucked in!

    Go to sleep! Put on that soothing music and drift off into it!

    Have a last minute study, then just take a shower, eat something, read a little, maybe take a nap or dance a bit:) then go get this test!!! You got it!

  • HAVE FUN!!!
  • when your dancing, make sure you put on a loud song, and do it in your room or a private place so you don't become embarrassed!
  • also make sure that you DON'T become a loner in your house having a party! Invite some friends over!Relax Before Final Exams
